One of my clients in the real estate industry wanted to go beyond selling properties and build a genuine connection with the community, showing that they don’t just work in the area, they live in it. To achieve this, we launched a campaign that highlighted local businesses and showcased the unique vibe of the neighborhood.

I led the campaign from A-Z—conceptualizing, directing, and capturing content that truly represented the heart of the community. We conducted interviews with local business owners and created neighborhood reels that brought an authentic and engaging perspective. Whether working with a videographer or capturing content on my own, I made sure everything felt immersive, informative, and aligned with the brand’s values.

The result? A 760% increase in reel views, proving the power of community-driven content and reinforcing the brand’s deep local roots.

Over the course of the collaboration, the account grew by 1,000+ followers, directly supporting their goal of audience growth and increased visibility. This work reinforced how thoughtful content and creative direction can modernize a brand while still staying true to its roots.

Building a Podcast People Actually Engage With

I produce Call Your Publicist, a podcast designed to make the PR industry more accessible, honest, and human. In just seven months, the show has grown into a highly engaged platform that blends real conversations with actionable insight, resonating with both early-career professionals and seasoned industry voices.

From concepting and guest research to episode production, distribution, and promotion, I oversee the podcast end to end. The focus has always been on creating conversations people want to listen to, share, and talk about, not just consume passively.

By the end of 2025, Call Your Publicist was recognized as a breakout show across platforms. We earned distinctions as a Most Shared Show, outperforming 91 percent of other podcasts, a Talked About Show, receiving more comments than 78 percent of shows, and an Instant Hit, with a debut season more popular than 82 percent of new podcasts.

Across platforms, the show has generated 374,000+ total streams, with 373,000+ views on YouTube alone and 600+ total listeners, reflecting a strong and growing audience built on genuine engagement rather than vanity metrics.

This project highlights the power of thoughtful production, strong storytelling, and intentional content strategy in building media that people actively connect with.
